Vanishing Load-CHECK OPERATOR SERVICES! Please reload soon!

Many times that I experienced and I know will still experience this marketing strategy implemented by the telecommunication companies like Globe, Smart and Sun Cellular.

I know it does not seem to be a strategy but I do believe this is their way of stealing money from the Filipinos whom we all know are TEXT ADDICTS!  UNLIMITED TEXTING was offered by these telecommunication companies to cater the need of  Filipinos who use text as a means of communication. Then, launched UNLIMITED CALLING. I remember,  way back in college we had DROPPED CALLS! It was funny, had to speak fast!

The UNLIMITED  was A HUGE SUCCESS!

I  praised the companies for creating a very good marketing strategy to help consumers saved money. But I was wrong! Definitely wrong!

Right now, I am spending 300 to 500  for just 5 days!  I bought prepaid card worth 100 pesos, then I was receiving all these spam messages from providers. Of course I just deleted those messages then I sent text messages,  I only sent like 15 to 20 text messages and Check Operator Services!

What the f***!  Imagine, they stole from me 80 pesos!

I tried  unlimited texting and calling but hey, There’s still a catch!

The validity of load……Your unlimited blah! blah! has expired. Please reload soon!

Many times I had to change Sim because I thought it was me who had a problem. I might register on services they offered with charges but, hey! It’s a new Sim, just bought prepaid card then, received again those f***ing spam messages and Check Operator Services! What happened to my load credit?

Come to think of it, everyday, millions of Filipinos text and call. Everyday day telecommunication companies steal let’s say 1 peso/user. 1 peso you multiply by the million of users = millions of pesos. See how much are they stealing from the consumers everyday!

This is not acceptable!

Ok, I praise the National Telecommunications Commision order on prepaid credit be extended. But the question is, will the telecommunication companies agree? I have doubts if they will comply. Probably will fight this order.

Just read that Sun cellular’s not happy with the order because they pointed out it would be an added development cost(system upgrade)and hoping it’s not that big  that they would not  pass it on to consumers !

That’s stupid!

NTC order is long overdue!

And we still have to keep our fingers crossed that telecommunication companies will comply, not fight.
